It has a brown cord with two brown pieces. One has a picture of Saint Simon Stock kneeling to Mary holding Jesus. It says, "Behold The Sign of Salvation. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel." The other says, "Whosoever dies wearing this Scapular shall not suffer eternal fire. Our Lady's Scapular Promise." On the backside there is a pocket that can be used to keep a medal inside.
