15/16 x 11/16 inch satin and antiqued finish sterling silver engraved Five Way medal on an 18 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The medal pendant is shaped like a cross with budded and pointed decorative ends. In the center is a raised and engraved dove (traditionally the symbol of the Holy Spirit) encircled by four symbols: St. Christopher, the Sacred Heart, St. Joseph, and the Miraculous Medal. The dove in the center of the medal makes this medal a Five Way one. On the back of the medal with a slight antiqued finish there is an image of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on top followed by the Miraculous symbol on the bottom. The Miraculous symbol is comprised of the letter "M" with a cross on the top and two hearts and twelve stars. The "M" is an abbreviation for Mary, the cross represents the sacrifice of Jesus, and the two hearts are the immaculate heart of the Virgin Mary and for the sacred heart of Jesus.
