Our Colombian is the ideal medium roast; chocolatey, with pleasant brightness to wipe the sleep from your eyes.

Grown high in the mountains of Colombia, these beans are Excelso grade Arabica and have undergone European Preparation prior to export, meaning each bean is hand sorted so only the finest make it into the roast.

Balanced, cocoa- and fruit-toned. Dark chocolate, red apple, caramel, cedar, orange blossom in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with crisp acidity; smooth, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Finish is clean and sweet, with lingering chocolate and fruit tones
