Communion bracelet in pink organza bag. It has white beads with pink flowers and smaller white and silver beads. There is also a tiny crucifix and chalice with host.

It comes with a card that says, "A Communion Blessing" and shows a chalice with a host, bread, wheat, and grapes. On the other side of the card, it has a First Communion Prayer that says, "Dear Jesus, thank you for my Holy Communion. Through the Mass You come to us as You came on the first Christmas.
