Monastery Fruitcake is dark and rich. Made by the Trappist Abbey Bakery in Carlton, OR. The fruitcake is filled with dried pineapples, cherries, raisins, walnuts, and pecans. Also contains egg, wheat, milk, and soy. Lightly sweetened with honey. Soaked in 120 proof brandy. Aged to perfection. May contain nutshell fragments. Nuts were packed in a facility that processes products that contain peanuts, walnuts, and pecans.
